Inspection of Automotive Rubber-Fabric Material

Ultran performed NCU analysis on rubber-fabric material intended for convertible automobile rooftops.  The analysis was conducted on samples with varying cure levels.

Results demonstrated that there was a potentially significant correlation between cure level and ultrasound transmittance; the transmittance decreased as cure level increased.
